The Developer's Journey
The Concept: From Idea to Team
Alex, a designer with a brilliant game concept but no development team, joined the Embark program and our Creative Guild. He shared his ideas with our passionate community of creators and fans and quickly found a team of volunteer artists and a composer.
The Collaboration: From Team to Studio
The Embark program provided project management guidance and helped Alex structure his new team to ensure his IP was secure. To secure the necessary funding and support for a full launch, his team partnered with our in-house studio, Pandai Games, under a fair profit-sharing agreement that kept his IP in his name.
The Launch: From Game to Business
With the studio's help, Alex launched a successful game with a dedicated fanbase. He was now able to afford to set out on his own as a new independent studio, with ongoing operational support from the Arkleit Engage program.

The production heart of the Embark program is Pandai Games, our in-house game development studio. Under the creative direction of Sean Crabtree, Pandai Games develops its own original titles and partners with Guild creators on their projects.
